What an incredible start to the year. Last week, on January 8th, our team gathered in Sydney from across the country and around the globe for a day to meet, strategise, celebrate and compete!
It is rare to have every face in one room, we spent the morning reflecting on the wins of the past year and aligning on our ambitious goals for the months ahead. A major highlight of the session was officially honoring our long-term employees such as our CTO John Marley who has just celebrated 20 years with us at DeployPartners. Their dedication is the true foundation of our success, and it was a privilege to celebrate their milestones together.
The afternoon took us out of the boardroom and into the streets for an epic Amazing Race across Sydney. From iconic landmarks to hidden corners of the city, it was the perfect way to build connections and test our teamwork in the real world. Congratulations to the Orange team on their hard-earned victory!
We capped off the day at the Untied rooftop in Barangaroo, where we enjoyed drinks and delicious canapés while watching a Sydney sunset. It was the perfect moment to toast to our hard work and the exciting journey ahead. We are officially fueled up and ready to make 2026 our best year yet.
