Built-in SLO tracking and Grafana Cloud IRM (Incident Response & Management) for scheduling, incident declaration, and post-incident review
Grafana Metrics refers to Grafana’s powerful capabilities to collect, visualise, and analyse time-series metrics data from a wide variety of sources. Metrics represent numerical data points collected over time, such as CPU usage, memory consumption, request rates, or any measurable system/application parameter. Grafana excels at displaying this data in real-time to help users monitor system health, detect anomalies, and optimise performance.

Grafana Logs is a core component of Grafana’s observability suite, enabling centralised log aggregation, search, and analysis. It helps DevOps, SRE, and security teams correlate logs with metrics and traces, making it easier to troubleshoot incidents, investigate anomalies, and understand system behaviour in context.

Grafana Traces is part of Grafana’s unified observability platform, providing powerful capabilities for distributed tracing. It enables users to visualise, analyse, and troubleshoot request flows through complex systems—particularly valuable in microservices, serverless, and cloud-native architectures.
Grafana Traces is primarily powered by Grafana Tempo, an open-source, high-scale, and cost-efficient distributed tracing backend built by Grafana Labs.
