TasNetworks’ goal was to achieve software currency with minimal impact on existing systems and operations. The key challenge was focused on our client’s requirement to upgrade their base OS (end of life) whilst seamlessly migrating their existing functions.

Solution

DeployPartners provided an on-time and fixed-price solution. This involved taking the client on a journey with the new and legacy platforms running concurrently, to become comfortable with the solution and learn the new capabilities of the platform. In order to implement all components effectively, this yellow-field project required multi-component customisation and parallel-running.
