High-performance data mediation with Elastic

DeployPartners is proud to announce it has delivered a scalable Unified Communications mediation solution for a large managed service provider in Australia. As a high volume Managed Service Provider MSP, the client was after a replacement for their current mediation system for their Unified Communications reporting to their customers that allow them to reduce cost and improve stability, performance, and supportability. 

The solution ingests call data records (CDR) from Call Managers and aggregates metadata to provide detailed and responsive reporting that enterprise clients expect. To handle the scale and provide high availability, the deployment is Highly Available and Disaster Recoverable (HA/DR). Elastic was identified as the perfect solution for its flexibility to ingest data from diverse data sources and is very easy to configure and reduces time to market for new reports.
